Coffee Brand in Lisbon (Portugal) seeks a Customer Specialist to assist customers with inquiries about coffee products, orders, deliveries, payments, and services. You will provide support via phone, email, live chat, and other channels, ensuring accurate information and smooth customer journeys.

Ideal candidates are fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2), with strong analytical and communication skills. EU citizenship or Portuguese residency is required.

• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer support through phone, email, live chat, and other channels.
• Respond to customer inquiries about coffee products, orders, deliveries, payments, and general information.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate, timely, and effective solutions.
• Guide customers through ordering processes, product information, and relevant services.
• Handle customer concerns, complaints, and product-related issues with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.
• Record customer interactions, requests, and resolutions accurately in internal systems.
• Refer complex or exceptional cases to the appropriate departments when necessary.
• Collaborate with internal teams to investigate customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
• Meet established KPIs related to customer satisfaction, service quality, productivity, and response times.
• Stay informed about coffee products, brand offerings, company policies, and customer service procedures through ongoing training and development.
