Cross Border Talents is hiring a Customer Specialist in Lisbon to deliver exceptional support across phone, email, live chat, and other channels. You will assist customers with coffee products, orders, deliveries, and payments while ensuring a smooth journey from inquiry to resolution.

The role requires fluent Dutch (C1/C2) and strong English (B2), plus an analytical, proactive mindset. Onsite work in Lisbon with opportunities for growth and training.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2) to support international customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer support via phone, email, live chat and other channels.
• Handle inquiries about coffee products, orders, deliveries, payments, and services.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate, timely solutions.
• Guide customers through ordering processes and product information.
• Address concerns and complaints with a solution-oriented approach.
• Record interactions and resolutions in internal systems.
• Refer complex cases to appropriate departments when needed.
• Collaborate with teams to investigate concerns and ensure timely resolution.
• Meet KPIs related to customer satisfaction, service quality and response times.
• Stay informed about products and policies through ongoing training.
