Cross Border Talents is hiring a Customer Specialist in Portugal to support customers of a well-known coffee brand. You’ll handle inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and other channels, ensuring accurate information and smooth service throughout the customer journey.

The role focuses on orders, deliveries, payments, and related services, with a KPI-driven environment and opportunities for growth in an international brand setting.

Competenze

• Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• EU citizenship or Portuguese residency required.
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.
• Professional, detail-oriented, proactive mindset.

Mansioni

• Provide friendly, professional customer support via phone, email, live chat, and other channels.
• Respond to inquiries about coffee products, orders, deliveries, payments, and services.
• Understand customer needs and deliver accurate, timely solutions.
• Guide customers through ordering processes and product information.
• Handle concerns and complaints with a solution-oriented approach.
• Record interactions and resolutions in internal systems.
• Escalate complex cases to appropriate departments when needed.
