Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Specialist to be the key contact for customers across phone, email, live chat, and other channels. You will assist with inquiries related to coffee products, orders, deliveries, payments, and services, delivering accurate information and practical solutions throughout the customer journey.

Ideal candidates are fluent in Dutch and English, possess strong analytical and communication skills, and are proactive.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2)
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
• Professional, detail-oriented, proactive and eager to learn in CS

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer support through phone, email, live chat, and other channels.
• Respond to inquiries about coffee products, orders, deliveries, payments, and services.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate, timely solutions.
• Guide customers through ordering processes and product information.
• Handle concerns and complaints professionally and with a solutions mindset.
• Record interactions and resolutions accurately in internal systems.
• Refer complex cases to appropriate departments when needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and meet KPIs.
• Stay informed about products, policies, and procedures through training.
