Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Specialist to service customers for a renowned coffee brand from its Lisbon-area office. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring accurate information and smooth service throughout the customer journey.

Ideal candidates communicate clearly in Dutch and English, are detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, international environment. Onsite work in Portugal with ongoing training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• EU citizenship or Portuguese residency is required.
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, multi-channel customer support (phone, email, live chat).
• Respond to inquiries about products, orders, deliveries, payments, and services.
• Understand customer needs and offer accurate, timely solutions.
• Guide customers through ordering processes and available services.
• Handle complaints professionally and reference internal systems for resolutions.
• Record interactions and outcomes in internal systems; escalate where needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Meet KPIs related to customer satisfaction, quality, productivity and response times.
• Stay informed about coffee products and company policies through ongoing training.
