Job summary

Cross Border Talents is hiring a Customer Specialist for an international coffee brand in Portugal. You will assist customers via phone, email, live chat, and other channels, addressing inquiries about products, orders, deliveries, and services, aiming to deliver accurate information and smooth experiences.

You should be fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2), possess strong analytical and communication skills, and be eager to learn in a fast-paced CS environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer support through phone, email, live chat, and other communication channels.
• Respond to customer inquiries about coffee products, orders, deliveries, payments, and general product or service information.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate, timely, and effective solutions.
• Guide customers through ordering processes, product information, and relevant services.
• Handle customer concerns, complaints, and product-related issues with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.
• Record customer interactions, requests, and resolutions accurately in internal systems.
• Refer complex or exceptional cases to the appropriate departments when necessary.
• Collaborate with internal teams to investigate customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
• Meet established KPIs related to customer satisfaction, service quality, productivity, and response times.
• Stay informed about coffee products, brand offerings, company policies, and customer service procedures through ongoing training and development.
