Cross Border Talents in Portugal is seeking a Customer Specialist to support customers via phone, email, and live chat for a well-known coffee brand. You will handle inquiries about products, orders, deliveries, and services, ensuring a smooth journey from start to finish.

Fluency in Dutch and English is essential, with a focus on accuracy, proactive problem solving, and KPI-driven performance. Onsite work and growth opportunities are available with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency required
Fluent Dutch and English
Experience in customer support preferred

Responsibilities

Provide friendly, professional customer support via phone, email, live chat and other channels
Respond to inquiries about products, orders, deliveries, payments, and services
Understand customer needs and provide accurate, timely solutions
Guide customers through ordering processes and product information
Handle concerns and complaints with a solution-oriented approach
Record interactions and resolutions in internal systems
Refer complex cases to appropriate departments
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly
