Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Specialist to be the primary contact for customers, helping with questions about coffee brand products, orders, deliveries, payments, and services. You will assist via phone, email, live chat, and other channels to ensure accurate information and smooth customer journeys.

You will handle inquiries, guide customers through ordering, and resolve issues with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2) required.
• EU citizenship or Portuguese residency required.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer support via phone, email, live chat, and other channels.
• Respond to inquiries about products, orders, deliveries, payments and services.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate, timely solutions.
• Guide customers through ordering processes, product information, and services.
• Handle concerns, complaints, and product issues with professionalism.
• Record interactions, requests, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Refer complex cases to appropriate departments when needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to investigate and resolve issues.
• Meet KPIs related to customer satisfaction, service quality, productivity, and response times.
• Stay informed about products, policies, and procedures through ongoing training.
