Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer support through phone, email, live chat, and other channels.
• Respond to inquiries about coffee products, orders, deliveries, payments, and general information.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate, timely, and effective solutions.
• Guide customers through ordering processes, product information, and relevant services.
• Handle concerns, complaints, and product issues with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.
• Record interactions, requests, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Refer complex cases to appropriate departments as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to investigate and resolve issues promptly.
• Meet KPIs related to customer satisfaction, service quality, productivity, and response times.
• Stay informed about products, brand offerings, policies, and procedures through training.
