BlueView Talent is helping a well-known coffee brand build its customer support team in Portugal. The Customer Specialist will handle inquiries about products, orders, deliveries and services via phone, email, live chat and other channels, ensuring accurate information and smooth experiences for customers.

Ideal candidates are fluent in Dutch and English, eligible to work in Portugal, and eager to grow in customer service.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer support through phone, email, live chat, and other communication channels.
• Respond to customer inquiries about coffee products, orders, deliveries, payments, and general product or service information.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate, timely, and effective solutions.
• Guide customers through ordering processes, product information, and relevant services.
• Handle customer concerns, complaints, and product-related issues with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.
• Record customer interactions, requests, and resolutions accurately in internal systems.
• Refer complex or exceptional cases to the appropriate departments when necessary.
• Collaborate with internal teams to investigate customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
• Meet established KPIs related to customer satisfaction, service quality, productivity, and response times.
• Stay informed about coffee products, brand offerings, company policies, and customer service procedures through ongoing training and development.
