Innopath Consulting Lda in Porto, Portugal, is seeking a Customer Specialist to support customers across orders, accounts, products and services via phone, email, chat and other channels.

You will communicate in Dutch and English, handle inquiries, resolve issues, and collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth, personalized service. The role offers remote work and relocation assistance for eligible candidates.

Formación

• Languages required: Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• EU citizenship or Portuguese residence permit.
• Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Strong analytical thinking and practical problem solving.
• Customer-oriented, proactive, organized, detail-focused, eager to learn.
• Willingness to develop professionally in the Travel industry.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality customer support via phone, email, chat and digital channels.
• Respond to questions regarding orders, deliveries, payments, accounts, products and services.
• Identify the best solutions for customers' requests.
• Manage complaints and customer situations calmly and professionally.
• Guide customers through relevant procedures, platforms, products and services.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems.
• Collaborate with other departments when additional support is needed.
• Share feedback to contribute to service improvements.
• Keep knowledge of products, services and policies up to date through training.
