Cross Border Talents is hiring a Dutch Customer Specialist in Portugal. You will communicate with users via email, chat, phone, and social media to resolve account access, billing queries, and technical issues.

A focus on empathetic, professional, and proactive support across the customer journey is essential. In this remote role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service quality and participate in relocate-friendly programs.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2)
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency is required

Responsabilidades

• Provide prompt and professional assistance across multiple communication channels
• Support users with account setup, password resets, billing inquiries, and identity verification
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues while keeping customers informed throughout the process
• Maintain a positive, solution-oriented approach in every interaction
• Accurately record and manage cases in line with internal procedures and guidelines
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve service quality and efficiency
• Share insights and suggestions to enhance customer experience and overall support performance
