Innopath Consulting Lda is seeking a Customer Specialist in Portugal to support international customers via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels. You will resolve orders, account and product questions, and provide timely, personalised assistance.

Fluent Dutch (C1/C2) and strong English (B2) are required, along with EU citizenship or Portuguese residency. The role offers remote work, relocation support, and a competitive salary package aligned with experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer support through phone, email, chat, and digital communication channels.
• Respond to customer questions regarding orders, deliveries, payments, accounts, products, and services.
• Listen carefully to customers and identify the most appropriate solutions to their requests.
• Manage complaints and customer situations in a calm, professional, and solution-oriented manner.
• Guide customers through relevant procedures, platforms, products, and services.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and actions taken in internal systems.
• Collaborate with other departments when additional support or investigation is required.
• Recognise recurring issues and share relevant feedback to contribute to service improvements.
• Keep your knowledge of products, services, procedures, and company policies up to date through training and continuous learning.
