CBTalents is seeking a Customer Specialist to support customers across orders, accounts, products, and services, using phone, email, chat and other digital channels to deliver accurate, timely, and personalised assistance.

You will identify solutions, manage complaints calmly, keep records in internal systems, and coordinate with other departments. Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2) are essential; relocation and remote-work options are available.

Formación

• Fluent Dutch (C1/C2) and good English (B2) required.
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residence permit.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Customer-oriented, proactive, organised and detail-focused.
• Interest in developing professionally within the Travel industry.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, chat and digital channels.
• Respond to questions about orders, deliveries, payments, accounts, products and services.
• Identify appropriate solutions and guide customers accordingly.
• Handle complaints calmly and professionally, pursuing resolution.
• Guide customers through relevant procedures and platforms.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in internal systems.
• Collaborate with other departments when further support is needed.
• Identify recurring issues and provide feedback for improvements.
