Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking native-level Dutch speakers to join a remote customer support team. No prior customer service experience is required, as full training and relocation support are provided, with clear growth paths.

You will handle inquiries via phone, chat, and email, assist with orders, invoicing, and after-sales topics, and use multiple tools to find fast solutions. Training starts immediately, with progression into mentor, trainer, or QA roles possible.

Qualifications

• C1 Dutch level is required.
• English at B2 level is used for training.
• Strong problem-solving and creative thinking.
• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers via phone, chat, and email.
• Handle after-sales topics: order status, product details, invoicing, and complaints.
• Use internal tools to find fast, accurate solutions.
• Escalate cases and convert them into satisfied customers.
• Progress into roles such as mentor, trainer, or QA specialist.
