Cbtalents is hiring a Customer Specialist to support customers across orders, accounts, products, and services. You will communicate via phone, email, chat and other digital platforms, ensuring accurate, timely, and personalised assistance from an international team in the travel-related sector.

The role emphasizes customer-oriented service, problem-solving, and continuous learning with opportunities for relocation to Portugal and remote work flexibility.

Qualificações

• Fluent Dutch (C1/C2) and good command of English (B2).
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residence permit.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality customer support through phone, email, chat, and digital channels.
• Respond to questions regarding orders, deliveries, payments, accounts, products, and services.
• Listen to customers and identify the best solutions for their requests.
• Handle complaints professionally and provide solutions.
• Guide customers through procedures, platforms, products, and services.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in internal systems.
• Collaborate with other departments when additional support is needed.
• Identify recurring issues and share feedback for improvements.
• Keep knowledge up-to-date through training and self-learning.
