Job summary

BlueView Talent is seeking a Customer Specialist to support customers of a leading global automotive group. You will assist via phone, email, live chat, and other channels, handling inquiries about vehicles, services, warranties, and after-sales support.

Fluency in Dutch and English is required, along with EU citizenship or Portuguese residency. You will work in a dynamic, international environment with opportunities for professional development and meeting KPIs.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2)
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
• Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, eager to learn and grow in CS

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer support via phone, email, live chat and other channels
• Respond to inquiries regarding vehicles, automotive services, maintenance, warranties and after-sales support
• Assist customers with questions about vehicle features, service appointments, repairs and maintenance procedures
• Provide accurate information about warranty coverage, service conditions and company policies
• Handle customer complaints and service-related concerns with a solution-oriented approach
• Record interactions, inquiries and resolutions in internal systems
• Escalate complex technical questions to appropriate departments
• Coordinate with internal teams and service partners to resolve concerns
• Meet KPIs related to customer satisfaction, service quality and response times
• Stay informed about automotive products, policies and customer service procedures via training
