Job summary

BlueView Talent is seeking a Customer Specialist in Lisbon to support customers of a leading automotive group across phone, email, and live chat. You will handle inquiries about vehicles, services, and warranties, delivering accurate information and professional assistance throughout the customer journey.

The role requires Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2) fluency, EU citizenship or Portuguese residency, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2).
EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency.
Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly, professional customer support via phone, email, live chat, and other channels.
Respond to inquiries about vehicles, services, maintenance, warranties, and after-sales support.
Assist with questions on vehicle features, service appointments, repairs, and maintenance procedures.
Explain warranty coverage, service conditions, and company policies clearly.
Handle complaints with a solution-oriented approach and maintain high service standards.
Record interactions and resolutions in internal systems accurately.
Escalate complex questions and coordinate with internal teams and service partners when needed.
Meet KPIs related to customer satisfaction, quality, productivity, and response times.
