Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Specialist to join our international automotive customer support team. You will handle inquiries about vehicles, services, warranties, and after-sales support via phone, email, live chat, and other channels.

You must be fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2), be EU/Portuguese resident, and bring strong analytical, creative, and communication skills. Onsite office environment with development opportunities and competitive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer support through phone, email, live chat, and other channels.
• Respond to inquiries regarding vehicles, services, warranties, and after-sales assistance.
• Assist customers with questions about vehicle features, service appointments, and maintenance procedures.
• Explain warranty coverage, service conditions, and company policies.
• Handle customer complaints with a solution-oriented approach.
• Record interactions and resolutions in internal systems.
• Escalate complex questions to appropriate departments and coordinate with service partners.
