Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer support through phone, email, live chat, and other channels.
• Respond to inquiries regarding vehicles, automotive products, maintenance, warranties, and after-sales assistance.
• Assist customers with questions about vehicle features, service appointments, repairs, and maintenance procedures.
• Provide accurate information about warranty coverage, service conditions, and company policies.
• Handle customer complaints, service-related concerns, and requests with professionalism and solution-oriented approach.
• Understand customer needs and deliver timely, effective solutions while maintaining high service standards.
• Record customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Escalate complex technical questions or exceptional cases to the appropriate departments when necessary.
• Coordinate with internal teams and service partners to investigate concerns and ensure timely resolution.
• Meet KPIs related to customer satisfaction, service quality, productivity, and response times.
• Stay informed about automotive products, vehicle technologies, company policies, and customer service procedures through ongoing training and development.
