Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Specialist to join an international automotive support team. You will assist customers with inquiries about vehicles, services, warranties, and after‑sales support across phone, email, live chat, and other channels.

The role relies on clear communication, strong problem solving, and a proactive attitude to deliver accurate information, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely resolutions while hitting KPIs.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• Strong analytical and creative thinking.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support via phone, email, live chat and other channels.
• Respond to inquiries about vehicles, services, warranties and after-sales support.
• Record interactions accurately in internal systems and escalate when needed.
• Meet KPIs for satisfaction, quality, productivity and response times.
• Collaborate with teams and partners to ensure timely resolutions.
• Stay updated on products, policies and procedures.
