- Fluent Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2) required.
- EU citizenship or Portuguese residency required.
- Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.
- Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow in CS.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional customer support via phone, email, live chat and other channels.
- Respond to inquiries about vehicles, automotive products, maintenance, warranties and after-sales support.
- Assist with questions about vehicle features, service appointments, repairs and maintenance procedures.
- Provide accurate information about warranty coverage and company policies.
- Handle complaints with a solution-oriented approach and escalate when needed.
- Record interactions and resolutions in internal systems; meet KPIs for customer satisfaction and response times.
