Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2)
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
• Professional, detail-oriented and proactive mindset

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer support via phone, email, live chat, and other channels.
• Respond to inquiries about vehicles, services, maintenance, warranties, and after-sales support.
• Assist with questions about vehicle features, service appointments, repairs, and maintenance procedures.
• Provide accurate information about warranty coverage, service conditions, and company policies.
• Handle complaints and inquiries with a solution-oriented approach.
• Record interactions and resolutions in internal systems.
• Escalate complex questions to appropriate departments when needed.
• Coordinate with internal teams and service partners to ensure timely resolution.
• Meet KPIs related to customer satisfaction, quality, productivity, and response times.
• Stay updated on products, policies, and customer service procedures through training.
