Job summary

BlueView Talent is looking for a Customer Specialist to support customers of a leading automotive group. You will handle inquiries about vehicles, services, maintenance, warranties and after‑sales support via phone, email, live chat and other channels.

Fluent Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2) are required. The role offers an onsite office in Lisbon, competitive salary, language and performance bonuses, meal allowance and health & life insurance in a dynamic international environment.

Qualifications

Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2).
EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency.
Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer support through phone, email, live chat, and other channels.
Respond to inquiries regarding vehicles, automotive products, maintenance, warranties and after-sales support.
Assist customers with questions about vehicle features, service appointments, repairs, and maintenance procedures.
Provide accurate information about warranty coverage, service conditions, and company policies.
Record customer interactions and resolutions in internal systems.
Escalate complex questions to appropriate departments and coordinate with service partners to ensure timely resolution.
Meet KPIs related to customer satisfaction, service quality, productivity and response times.
