Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Specialist in Portugal to support customers of a global automotive group. You will handle enquiries via phone, email, live chat, and other channels, delivering accurate information and professional assistance throughout the customer journey.

The role requires fluent Dutch and English, EU citizenship or Portuguese residency, and strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.

Qualifications

Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2).
EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency.
Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly, professional customer support through phone, email, live chat, and other channels.
Respond to inquiries about vehicles, automotive products, maintenance, warranties, and after-sales support.
Assist customers with questions about vehicle features, service appointments, repairs, and maintenance procedures.
Provide accurate information about warranty coverage, service conditions, and company policies.
Handle customer complaints and requests with a solution-oriented approach.
Record interactions and resolutions in internal systems and escalate complex issues when needed.
Coordinate with internal teams and service partners to investigate concerns and ensure timely resolution.
Meet KPIs related to customer satisfaction, service quality, productivity, and response times.
