Job summary

BlueView Talent is seeking a Customer Specialist to support automotive customers from Lisbon. You will handle inquiries across phone, email, and live chat, guiding clients through products, services, warranties, and after-sales processes.

The role requires fluent Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2), EU citizenship or Portuguese residency, and strong analytical, creative, and communication skills. Onsite office-based work with opportunities for professional development and growth.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Provide friendly, professional customer support via phone, email, live chat, and other channels.
Respond to inquiries about vehicles, services, warranties, and after-sales support.
Assist customers with questions on vehicle features, appointments, repairs, and maintenance procedures.
Provide accurate information on warranty coverage, service conditions, and policies.
Record interactions and resolutions in internal systems; escalate complex issues when needed.
Coordinate with internal teams and partners to ensure timely resolution; meet KPIs.
