Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Specialist to support international automotive customers. You will handle inquiries about vehicles, services, warranties and after‑sales support through phone, email, live chat, and other channels.

The role requires fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2), EU citizenship or Portuguese residency, and a proactive, detail‑oriented approach to delivering high-quality service in an office setting.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2) is required.
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency is needed.
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities are essential.
• Professional, detail-oriented, proactive mindset with willingness to learn CS.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer support via phone, email, live chat, and other channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries about vehicles, services, warranties and after‑sales support.
• Record interactions and resolutions accurately in internal systems.
• Escalate complex technical questions to the appropriate departments when needed.
• Collaborate with service partners to investigate and resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Meet KPIs related to customer satisfaction, service quality, and response times.
