Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card.
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries about vehicles, services, warranties, and after-sales support.
• Provide accurate information through phone, email, live chat, and other channels.
• Record interactions and resolutions in internal systems.
• Escalate complex questions to appropriate departments.
• Collaborate with service partners to ensure timely resolution.
• Meet KPIs related to customer satisfaction and response times.
• Stay updated on automotive products and company policies.
