Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Specialist to support customers of a leading automotive group from our Lisbon office. You will handle inquiries about vehicles, services, warranties, and after-sales support via phone, email, live chat and other channels.

Fluent Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2) are required. You will work in a fast-paced, international environment, meet KPIs, and coordinate with service partners to ensure timely solutions and top-notch customer experiences.

Qualifications

Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2).
EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency.
Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.
Mindset: proactive and eager to learn in CS field.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly, professional customer support via phone, email, live chat and other channels.
Respond to inquiries regarding vehicles, services, warranties, and after-sales support.
Record customer interactions and resolutions in internal systems; escalate when needed.
Coordinate with service partners to investigate concerns and ensure timely resolution.
Meet KPIs related to customer satisfaction, quality, productivity, and response times.
Stay informed about automotive products, policies, and procedures through ongoing training.
