Randstad Portugal is seeking Italian-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join our teams in Portugal. You will support Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, live chat and social media, resolving inquiries and building lasting relationships with a focus on empathy and efficiency.

Qualificações

• Native or C2-level fluent Italian speaker (mandatory), with solid business proficiency in English.

• Basic computer literacy and comfortable learning new software tools quickly.
