Cross Border Talents is recruiting on behalf of a leading global customer experience provider for an Italian & English Customer Support Specialist on-site in Porto, Portugal. You will deliver exceptional service to customers via digital channels, addressing inquiries and identifying opportunities to add value.

The role requires fluent Italian and English, full-time hours from Monday to Friday, and a friendly, proactive approach.

About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading global customer experience provider for a Italian & English Customer Support Specialist based on-site in Porto, Portugal. In this role, you will deliver exceptional service to customers, handling inquiries via digital platforms while identifying opportunities to enhance their experience and suggest additional value-added services.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized customer service in Italian and English across multiple communication channels.
• Assist clients with inquiries, resolve issues, and handle complaints with strong conflict-resolution skills.
• Identify customer needs and business opportunities to suggest complementary services.
• Maintain high quality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction standards.

Requirements

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Italianand English.
• Work Model & Location: Readiness to work On-site in Porto, Portugal.
• Schedule: Standard full-time hours, Monday to Friday (between 08:00 and 19:00) with Fixed Weekends Off.
• Experience: 1+ years of contact center or customer support experience is preferred.
• Skills: Strong digital literacy, sales orientation, excellent interpersonal communication, and problem-solving abilities.
