Randstad Portugal is seeking a Spanish-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our teams in Portugal. You will provide exceptional support to Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email, live chat and social media, resolving inquiries and guiding product details with empathy.

We offer an attractive base salary plus meal allowance, performance bonuses, health insurance and structured training in a multicultural environment. This is a full-time role based in Portugal.

Qualificações

• Native or C2-level fluent Spanish speaker (mandatory), with solid business proficiency in English.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong active listening abilities.
• A positive, solution-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for helping people.
• Basic computer literacy and comfortable learning new software tools quickly.
