Job summary

Cross Border Talents is recruiting a Customer Service Specialist to join our on-site team in Lisbon. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, requests, and delivering exceptional service in an international environment.

The role requires native or near-native Italian, with strong English (B2+), and possibly French or Dutch; fluency in English alone is acceptable. Working hours are rotational from 07:30 to 20:00, Monday to Friday, with weekends off.

Requirements

• Language Proficiency:
  Native or high fluency in Italian, alongside strong English communication skills (B2+).
  Native or high fluency in French, alongside strong English communication skills (B2+).
  Native or high fluency in Dutch, alongside strong English communication skills (B2+).
  or even just in English.
• Work Model: Readiness to work On-site in Lisbon, Portugal.
• Working Hours: Availability to work rotational shifts Monday to Friday (between 07:30 AM and 08:00 PM).
• Schedule: Weekends Off (Saturday & Sunday).
• Soft Skills: Excellent active listening, communication, and problem-solving skills.
