Cross Border Talents is recruiting an Italian & English Customer Support Specialist to work on-site in Porto, Portugal. You will provide personalized service across multiple channels, resolving inquiries and identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience.

The role requires fluent Italian and English, 1+ year in a contact center or customer support setting, and a schedule of Monday to Friday 08:00–19:00 with weekends off.

Qualificações

About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading global customer experience provider for a Italian & English Customer Support Specialist based on-site in Porto, Portugal. In this role, you will deliver exceptional service to customers, handling inquiries via digital platforms while identifying opportunities to enhance their experience and suggest additional value-added services.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Italianand English.
• Work Model & Location: Readiness to work On-site in Porto, Portugal.
• Schedule: Standard full-time hours, Monday to Friday (between 08:00 and 19:00) with Fixed Weekends Off.
• Experience: 1+ years of contact center or customer support experience is preferred.
• Skills: Strong digital literacy, sales orientation, excellent interpersonal communication, and problem-solving abilities.
