Cross Border Talents is hiring a French-speaking Customer Service Representative for an on-site role in Braga, Portugal, serving customers of a leading consumer credit platform with tailored financing solutions. Schedule is Monday to Friday, 07:00 AM to 05:30 PM with rotational shifts.

The 6-month contract offers a monthly gross salary paid over 14 months, plus a welcome bonus, a complexity bonus and a daily food allowance. Relocation is not provided.

Join a team in Braga as a French-speaking Customer Service Representative. In this on-site role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers of a leading consumer credit platform, addressing their inquiries and providing tailored financing solutions.

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 07:00 AM to 05:30 PM, on rotational shifts. Saturday and Sunday off.
• Contract: 6-month contract
• Compensation: Monthly gross salary paid over 14 months, plus a welcome bonus paid in monthly instalments during the first year, a complexity bonus and a food allowance for each working day
