CB Talents in Braga, Portugal is seeking a French-speaking Customer Service advisor for a consumer-credit platform. You will handle enquiries on existing credit and new financing projects, and identify commercial opportunities during calls.

This hybrid role runs Monday–Friday with shifts 07:00–17:30; the contract lasts 6 months and salary is €930 gross per month paid 14 months, with a €2,000 welcome bonus and daily food allowance.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, rotational shifts between 07:00–17:30, weekends off.

The role: Act as the main point of contact for customers of a consumer-credit platform. You'll handle enquiries regarding existing credit and new financing projects, analyse customer needs and propose suitable financing solutions. The position also includes identifying commercial opportunities during inbound and outbound calls and managing customer files according to procedures.
