CB Talents SP in Braga, Portugal, is seeking a French-speaking Customer Service agent for a consumer-credit platform. Hybrid work arrangement, 6-month contract, with a 930€ gross monthly salary paid 14 times per year and a Monday–Friday schedule from 07:00 to 17:30, weekends off. You will resolve enquiries on existing credit and financing projects, focusing on needs and opportunities.

Relocation is not supported. A valid work permit for Portugal is required to apply.

The role: Act as the main point of contact for customers of a consumer-credit platform. You'll handle enquiries regarding existing credit and new financing projects, analyse customer needs and propose suitable financing solutions. The position also includes identifying commercial opportunities during inbound and outbound calls and managing customer files according to procedures.
