Cross Border Talents in Braga, Portugal, seeks a customer service professional to support a leading consumer credit platform. You will assist customers with credit inquiries and new project financing needs, aiming to deliver exceptional service and build lasting relationships.

Requirements include fluency in French and current residence in Portugal, preferably near Braga. The role operates on-site with a 6-month contract and rotational shifts within a Monday–Saturday schedule.

Qualificações

• Fluent in French.
• Must currently reside in Portugal, specifically in or near Braga.

Responsabilidades

• Answer customer requests by phone regarding current credit and new project inquiries.
• Analyze customer needs to personalize interactions, understand expectations, reassure them, and provide suitable financing options.
• Develop long-lasting, high-quality relationships to enrich the customer portfolio within a Relational Excellence framework.
• Optimize each contact (incoming and outgoing calls) by identifying and capitalizing on commercial opportunities.
• Manage assigned files in compliance with procedures and safety rules, demonstrating rigor and integrity.

Key Information

• Work Model: On-site
• Schedule: Monday to Friday with rotational shifts between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, and
• Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Two days off: Sunday and one rotational day.
• Working Hours: Rotational shifts between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM
• Relocation: Relocation support is not provided.
