You will handle inbound calls from French clients about credit accounts and loan applications, assess financial needs, and suggest personalized financing options.

Qualificações

• Native or C2-level French proficiency.
• Must live in Braga or nearby (strict on-site requirement).
• Experience in banking, insurance, credit, or customer support is a plus.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Native or C2-level fluency in French.
• Must live in or very near Braga, Portugal (Strict on-site requirement).
• Strong interpersonal skills, financial empathy, and active listening capabilities.
• Rigor, integrity, and attention to detail when managing customer data and financial files.
• Previous experience in banking, insurance, credit, or customer support is a plus.
