Schedule: Monday to Sunday - 08:00 to 03:00 (Rotational shifts); Last shift (18:00 to 03:00) is worked remotely

It's a front-line support role: fielding questions, solving problems, and making sure people leave the conversation satisfied.

Your Responsibilities:

• Follow up on open cases rather than letting them sit
• Respond to customer questions across phone, chat, and/or email
• Flag recurring issues so they can be addressed at the source
• Stay calm and clear with customers even when they're frustrated

Requirements:

• Portuguese: Fluent | Brazilian Portuguese: Fluent | English: B2
• Clear, professional communication style, written and verbal
• Reasonably tech-comfortable - happy learning new internal systems
• Some prior customer-facing experience is a plus, though not essential
