An international employer based in Lisbon, Portugal is hiring a Customer Support Representative to join their English-speaking team.

It's a front-line support role: fielding questions, solving problems, and making sure people leave the conversation satisfied.

What We Offer:

• Salary: €920/month
• Welcome bonus: €2,000; paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during first year.

Your Responsibilities:

• Follow up on open cases rather than letting them sit

Requirements:

• Fluent English
