Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a French-speaking Customer Support Representative to join our Porto-based team in Portugal. This front-line role handles inquiries, resolves issues, and ensures customers leave the conversation satisfied.

On-site work from Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00 with relocation support available. Candidates should be fluent in French and English (C1), comfortable in a fast-moving, customer-facing role, and able to stay organized while handling multiple cases.
