Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Support Representative for the Polish market to be the first point of contact for customers. This on-site role requires calm, friendly and clear communication across channels to resolve issues efficiently.

You will handle Polish and English inquiries on a 24/7 rotational schedule, with a monthly salary of €1,100 and a €2,000 welcome bonus paid in monthly installments during the first year. Rolling applications.
