Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative. You'll be the voice customers hear, handling inquiries by phone, chat, or email, with an emphasis on tone and follow-through.

The team operates on-site in Lisbon with rotating shifts and bank holiday coverage. We offer a monthly salary of €1,000 and a welcome bonus of €2,000 paid in 12 installments in the first year.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Italian (spoken and written)
• English at least B2 level
• Comfortable learning and using internal systems
• Experience in customer-facing roles is a plus

Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Work Model: On-Site
Schedule: Monday to Friday (including bank holidays):; 07:30 AM to 08:00 PM (Rotational shifts)

A Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative is needed for a team based in Lisbon, Portugal.

Day to day, you're the voice customers hear when they need help - tone and follow-through matter as much as the answer itself.

What We Offer:

• Salary: €1,000/month
• Welcome bonus: €2,000; paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during first year.

Your Responsibilities:

• Flag recurring issues so they can be addressed at the source
• Respond to customer questions across phone, chat, and/or email
• Resolve issues efficiently without cutting corners on quality
• Keep internal systems and case notes accurate and current

Requirements:

• Italian: Fluent | English: B2
• Reasonably tech-comfortable - happy learning new internal systems
• Some prior customer-facing experience is a plus, though not essential
• Eligible to work in the EU (citizenship, valid permit, or equivalent)
