CBTalents.org in Lisbon is seeking fluent Italian-speaking professionals to join our international customer support team. You will assist users, resolve inquiries related to accounts, and help with platform navigation to ensure a high-quality user experience.

You will respond to inquiries via email and chat, troubleshoot login and account issues, and document cases in internal systems. The role requires rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, with training provided in English.

Qualificações

• Fluency in Italian (written and spoken) is mandatory.

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week | Rotational shifts (Monday-Sunday)

Role Overview

We are seeking fluent Italian speakers to join our international customer support team in Lisbon. In this role, you will provide professional assistance to users, resolving inquiries related to accounts, technical issues, and platform navigation to ensure a high-quality user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and other support channels.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user issues (login, technical, and account-related).
• Maintain a professional, empathetic, and customer-focused approach.
• Document customer cases accurately within internal systems.
• Collaborate with team members to meet quality and productivity targets.

Requirements

• Language: Fluency in Italian (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Language: Good command of English for training and internal communication.
• Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Mindset: Customer-oriented with a professional attitude.
• Flexibility: Ability to work rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Experience: Previous customer service or technical support experience is a plus but not required.

Salary & Compensation

• Option 1: €1,240.17 gross/month (Includes base salary, Christmas/holiday bonuses, and food allowance).
• Option 2: €1,040.68 gross/month (Includes base salary, Christmas/holiday bonuses, food allowance, and room allowance).
• Training Period: €92.80 per week (10-day training program conducted in English).

Relocation Package

We aim to make your move to Lisbon seamless by providing:

• Airport pick-up and administrative assistance.
