Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal, is hiring a Customer Support Representative to be the friendly voice behind our service. The role is on-site, requiring clear communication and a proactive approach to helping customers.

You'll handle inquiries by phone, chat, and email, follow up on open cases, and flag recurring issues to improve the support experience. Fluency in Portuguese and English is essential.

Qualificações

• Eligible to work in the EU (citizenship, valid permit, or equivalent).
• Right to work in Portugal without sponsorship.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, customer-facing role.
• Fluency in both English and Portuguese.
