WW Talents is seeking a Customer Support Representative for an onsite role in Porto, Portugal. The position requires fluent Italian and C1 English, with 24/7 rotational shifts.

You will assist customers across markets, handle inquiries, and provide accurate, empathetic support to ensure a high-quality experience. The role offers a gross monthly salary of €1,000 paid over 14 salaries, plus a daily food allowance, a welcome bonus distributed over the first year, and accommodation support.
