Job summary

A Randstad Portugal procura profissionais de suporte ao cliente para uma empresa líder em entretenimento. Requisitos: italiano nativo/avançado e inglês intermédio; excelentes competências comunicativas.

Localização Lisboa (Parque das Nações) com possibilidade de trabalhar a partir de casa. Contrato de 6 meses (renovável); salário base 1000€/mês, bónus de performance até 100€/mês e subsídio de refeição de 7,23€ por dia trabalhado.

Qualifications

• Proficiência em Italiano nativo/avançado (C2).
• Inglês intermediário (B2).
• Excelentes competências comunicativas.

Responsibilities

• Primeiro ponto de contacto para espectadores e embaixador da marca.
• Auxiliar espectadores por telefone, chat e e-mail em diversas questões.
• Oferecer suporte de conta e aplicação para espectadores.
• Suporte técnico, resolução de configuração de sistema e rede.
• Fornecer respostas rápidas e precisas às dúvidas.
• Registar interações ou transacções de clientes e ações tomadas.

responsabilidades chave

first point of contact for viewers and a critical brand ambassador;
assist viewers through phone, chat and emails regarding different queries;
provide account and application support to viewers namely with regards to software functionality;
provide technical support, troubleshoot of system configurations, and network settings;
provide accurate and real-time responses to the viewer’s inquiries;
keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.

competências

native or advanced Italian (C2) proficiency;
intermediate level of English (B2);
excellent communication skills;
experience in customer service is a plus;

What do we have for you?

• base salary of 1000€/month;
• performance bonus up to 100€/month;
• meal allowance of 7,23€ per day worked;
• schedule: monday to sunday (including bank holidays), between 7am and 9pm (Rotational shifts);
• 2 days off: 2 day rotational
• working contract with the client: 6 months (renewable);
• location: Lisbon (Parque das Nações)
