Job summary

CloserHire is recruiting Italian-speaking Customer Support Specialists for a fully remote role serving a leading streaming platform. You’ll handle inquiries in Italian and English, assist with accounts, subscriptions, billing, and streaming issues, and document interactions in internal systems.

The position offers 14 monthly salaries (1000€ x 14), private health cover, meal allowance, and a work-from-home setup.

Responsibilities

Job description

A working week in Portugal (remote), in Italian. 1000€ x 14.

A typical day

You'll spend most of it on provide customer support via phone, email, and chat in Italian and English, assist customers with account management, subscriptions, billing, and streaming inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues related to streaming services, devices, and account access, guide customers through product features and platform functionality, resolve customer concerns efficiently while delivering an exceptional customer experience, and accurately document customer interactions using internal systems.

Less often, you'll also escrow complex cases when necessary and ensure timely follow-up, and meet quality and customer satisfaction targets while working in a fast-paced environment.

Would you fit?

We're looking for someone with native-level fluency in Italian, good command of English (B2 level), previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not essential, excellent communication and active listening skills, strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset, comfortable using multiple digital tools and systems simultaneously, and ability to work independently in a remote environment.

The money

1000€ x 14

Portuguese contracts pay 14 salaries a year — your normal monthly salary plus a holiday and a Christmas salary. The annual figure is well above monthly × 12, which is worth working out before you compare it to an offer at home.
