Cross Border Talents is seeking a remote Customer Support Specialist to assist viewers of a well-known international entertainment brand from home. You will be the first point of contact and brand ambassador, delivering friendly, expert help across channels.

The role emphasizes Italian and English fluency and a genuine passion for helping customers. Responsibilities include handling phone, chat, and email inquiries, assisting with accounts and app features, troubleshooting apps, devices and home

• Technical aptitude: comfortable troubleshooting apps, devices and home networks
• Flexibility to work Monday to Sunday between 7 AM and 9 PM, with 2 rotating days off
